Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Tapmysite service at tapmysite.com (the "Service"), operated by Tapmysite ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Tapmysite lets you create a digital business card (vCard) that you can share by link, QR code, or NFC tap card. We offer Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime subscription plans, and optional physical NFC/QR cards.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or one-time (Lifetime) basis. Prices are shown on our Plans page and may change with notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayPal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled under our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your digital card (photos, text, links). By using the Service, you grant Tapmysite a limited license to host and display that content as part of providing the Service to you.
The Tapmysite name, logo, website design, and software are owned by Tapmysite and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapmysite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
